Research and Development
The R&D team employs stringent quality control methods to
continually test the quality of products; while innovative
technology is sought to speed up manufacturing processes in
order to improve productivity.
Objectives
• To creatively design and improve product innovation with
the latest design technologies
• To meet the design intent of the customers and to prepare
solutions and modifications when the need arises
• To produce quality and competitive cost products with good
lead-time

to customer standards
Research and Development strength
Our research and development team works together on every
aspect of the program: materials development and selection,
tool and parts design, processing issues and durability. No
matter how complicated the works are, the team remains
committed to the project and produce exceptional results.
To speed up the transfer of technology in the relevant
areas, R&D has on-going technical assistant with Shicosun
Industrial Co. Ltd. in Taiwan thus enabling R&D to have
online consultancy and training support. This also paves the
way for joint development and work sharing thereby
optimizing cost and time in meeting urgent request by
customers.
In order to accelerate the establishment and
introduction of design process, we apply advanced and
visionary technologies.
We make considerable investment in research and development
activities, in staff training, in environmental-responsive
production process researches, and also in finding out
innovative solutions for the customer application
requirements.
